Platform subscriptions
- Renewal can be cancelled anytime from the subscription page; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law or a written agreement.
- Upgrades are charged for the remaining period; downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
Store customer purchases
Each store defines and publishes its own cancellation and refund policy. Refunds are processed through the store's own payment gateway.
